Managing Partner

Madhumita Bhattacharjee is a distinguished Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India with 25 years of expertise in litigation and arbitration. She specializes in Constitutional law, Company law, Insolvency, and Environmental law, securing landmark judgments in complex cases. She is the Standing Counsel for Revenue Authority of a State Government, and also represented various Public Sector Undertakings like GAIL, IGL, Damodar Valley Corporation, and various Private Limited Companies across India. She has various landmark judgements to her credit.
